This month has been all about post production on my Jordan images and the start of school. I teach photojournalism at SF City College www.ccsf.edu and much to my dismay, it starts mid-August, not after Labor Day as any self respecting educational establishment should.
Marathon training is going well so far. I ran 16 miles at Point Reyes last week while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday. The next day we went over to the Point Reyes Lighthouse and were able to experience it on a rare warm sunny day as it has claimed itself to be the windiest & foggiest place on earth with winds having been recorded as high as…oh somewhere over 100+ miles an hour. Did I mention the 300+ steps down to the lighthouse from the parking lot? My post 16 mile run legs were cursing me at every step.
